Terms of Use

Plain-language summary

SuperFollow helps you create and read feeds based on Creators and Connected Content. You must be at least 18, accept these Terms affirmatively, protect your SuperFollow Account, and have authority for every Connected Channel you connect. Choosing a public Creator does not mean that you own or control that Creator or their content.

You remain responsible for your User Content, instructions, account activity, lawful use of Connected Content, and anything you export or share. AI-assisted results and Connected Content may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, duplicated, biased, misclassified, or unavailable. SuperFollow is not an archive or a source of professional advice. Important limitations of warranties and liability appear below.

This summary is nonbinding and does not replace the complete Terms. Please read the full Terms.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

When creating a SuperFollow Account, you must expressly agree to these Terms through the acceptance control presented during signup. Your agreement forms a binding contract with us. Merely viewing the Privacy Policy or authorizing a Connected Platform does not by itself mean that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create or use a SuperFollow Account.

You may accept these Terms and use a SuperFollow Account only if you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization; “you” then includes that organization. You may not use the Service where doing so would violate applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Agreeing to these Terms and acknowledging the Privacy Policy have different purposes, even if they are presented together during signup. Neither replaces authorization for a Connected Platform or any separate permission required by applicable law or platform rules for a particular use of personal information.

2. Who operates SuperFollow

SuperFollow is operated by:

  • Teoken LLC
  • Registration number: 286.110.07685
  • VAT number: 02595695
  • Address: 37 Tumanyan St., Apt. 10, Yerevan 0002, Armenia

In these Terms, “SuperFollow,” “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Operator” refer to this company. Contact details appear in Section 21.

3. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

  • Service or SuperFollow — the SuperFollow applications, websites, features, and related services.
  • SuperFollow Account — the account a user creates to access and use SuperFollow.
  • Connected Channel — an external account, profile, page, channel, feed, or comparable content source connected to SuperFollow.
  • Connected Platform — a social-media, video, publishing, or similar service operating a Connected Channel.
  • Creator — a person, organization, or public profile whose content a user selects or follows through SuperFollow.
  • Connected Content — posts, videos, audio, images, text, metadata, channel information, or other material made available through or in relation to a Connected Channel, Creator, or Connected Platform.
  • User Content — prompts, creator selections, feed configurations, instructions, shared URLs, and other information a user submits to use the Service, excluding Feedback. This definition does not imply that the user owns Connected Content.
  • Feedback — voluntary suggestions or ideas specifically about improving SuperFollow, excluding prompts, Connected Content, account data, support communications, and other User Content.

“Delete SuperFollow Account” means requesting deletion of the account and associated personal information, subject to lawful exceptions and the timing described in the Privacy Policy. “Disconnect Connected Channel” means removing one external connection and its user-specific authorization from SuperFollow. Disconnecting does not delete the SuperFollow Account, revoke authorization at the Connected Platform, delete content held by the Connected Platform, or necessarily erase independently public or shared Creator and Connected Content records.

4. SuperFollow Accounts and security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete SuperFollow Account information and keep it updated. You must protect your credentials, authenticated sessions, devices, sign-in links, and other access methods; use reasonable safeguards; and not let another person use your SuperFollow Account in a way that violates these Terms.

You are responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for activity you authorize through your SuperFollow Account and for activity resulting from your failure to use reasonable care in protecting it. This does not make you responsible for activity caused by our breach of these Terms or of a nonwaivable legal duty.

Promptly report suspected unauthorized access, credential compromise, or misuse to support@superfollow.ai. We may require reasonable verification, invalidate sessions, restrict access, or take other proportionate steps to protect the SuperFollow Account, users, and Service.

5. Connected Channels and authorization

For every Connected Channel you connect, you represent and warrant that you own or control it or have all authority, permissions, and lawful basis needed to connect it, grant the requested access, and direct the related processing. You must maintain that authority for as long as the connection remains active and comply with the Connected Platform’s applicable rules.

We may require you to reauthorize a Connected Channel or provide reasonable evidence of authority, and may refuse, restrict, or disconnect a connection if authority cannot be verified, an authorization expires or is withdrawn, the connection creates legal or security risk, or continued access would violate applicable rules. You may not connect a channel by impersonation, credential misuse, deception, or circumvention of access controls.

Selecting or following a public Creator does not, by itself, make that Creator’s profile a user-authorized Connected Channel. It is not a representation that you own, control, represent, or are affiliated with the Creator, and it gives you no ownership of or additional rights in Connected Content.

Disconnecting a Connected Channel in SuperFollow and revoking authorization through the Connected Platform are separate actions with the different effects described in Sections 3 and 14 and in the Privacy Policy.

YouTube API Services

SuperFollow uses YouTube API Services. By using SuperFollow, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

6. License to use SuperFollow

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable, revocable end-user license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes. This license ends when these Terms or your access to the Service ends. No right is granted by implication.

The Operator and its licensors reserve all rights in the Service, including its software, interfaces, design, documentation, brand elements, trademarks, and protectable selection, arrangement, or compilation, except for rights expressly granted in these Terms. That reservation does not claim ownership of underlying Connected Content or User Content and does not limit rights you independently obtain from a Creator or other rights holder.

You may not use our names, logos, or marks without prior written permission, except for accurate nominative use that applicable law permits and that does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

7. User Content and Feedback

7.1 Your rights and responsibilities

You retain any rights you have in User Content. You represent and warrant that you have the rights, permissions, consents, and lawful basis necessary to submit User Content and direct its processing as requested, and that doing so does not violate law, these Terms, or another person’s rights. This representation does not imply that you own any Creator, Connected Channel, or Connected Content referenced in User Content.

7.2 Operational User Content license

You grant the Operator a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, adapt, transmit, display, and otherwise use User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and enforce the Service and to narrowly improve it as described in the Privacy Policy, including its consent and legal-basis limits. This license permits sublicensing only to functional service providers that assist with those purposes and are subject to appropriate restrictions. It permits transfer only as part of a transfer of the Service allowed by Section 20, subject to the successor’s obligations there.

This license ends when the relevant User Content is deleted from active systems following a valid deletion request or when it is otherwise deleted in the ordinary operation of the Service. Narrow use may continue only for copies lawfully retained for security, fraud prevention, legal duties, dispute or complaint evidence, restricted backups, or information that has been irreversibly de-identified, and only as described in the Privacy Policy. A license to retained material ends when the retention reason and permitted retention end.

7.3 Feedback

If you choose to provide Feedback, you grant the Operator a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that Feedback to operate, maintain, and narrowly improve SuperFollow, without compensation or attribution. This license may be sublicensed only to functional service providers for those purposes and transferred only with the Service as permitted by Section 20. This clause applies only to Feedback as narrowly defined in Section 3; it does not convert prompts, Connected Content, account data, support communications, or other User Content into Feedback. The Privacy Policy continues to govern any personal information contained in Feedback.

8. Connected Content, Creators, and intellectual property

Connected Content belongs to its Creators or other rights holders as determined by applicable law. SuperFollow does not acquire or transfer ownership or copyright in Connected Content and does not grant you a license to it. Any right to access, view, copy, quote, export, share, or otherwise use Connected Content must come from the Creator or other rights holder, applicable law, or another source independent of these Terms.

The appearance of a Creator, Connected Channel, Connected Platform, or Connected Content in the Service does not mean that its operator or rights holder sponsors, endorses, is affiliated with, or has approved SuperFollow. Conversely, your selection of a Creator does not imply that SuperFollow endorses your selection or intended use.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account connections, instructions, and use or sharing of content comply with applicable law, platform terms, and the rights of others. This includes respecting intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, attribution, and other rights. Availability through the Service is not a representation that a particular use is lawful.

9. AI-assisted features and reliance limits

AI-assisted filtering, classification, ranking, labels, and related outputs are probabilistic. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, delayed, duplicated, biased, or misclassified, and may omit relevant material. They are content-organization assistance, not verified facts about a Creator or any other person.

Do not rely on the Service for legal, medical, financial, safety, compliance, or other professional advice. Do not use it to make or materially support decisions about employment, credit, housing, education, insurance, eligibility, law enforcement, access to essential services, or any other decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect on a person. You must use qualified professional advice and independent verification where appropriate.

Section 6 of the Privacy Policy explains the information SuperFollow shares with third-party AI providers for AI-assisted filtering and classification. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace any consent or permission required by applicable law or platform rules.

10. Sharing, exports, and downstream responsibility

Features may let you share links, import or export information, or send material to a recipient you choose. You are responsible for choosing recipients, checking the audience and contents, and ensuring that each downstream use and disclosure is lawful and authorized. Before sharing or exporting, consider whether the material includes personal information, confidential information, restricted Connected Content, or information about someone who did not create a SuperFollow Account.

Once material leaves the Service or is made accessible to another person, that person may copy, retain, disclose, or misuse it beyond our control. You remain responsible for your downstream storage, security, retention, deletion, attribution, permissions, notices, lawful basis, and responses to privacy, copyright, or other rights requests. You must not imply that an export carries a license from SuperFollow to Connected Content.

11. Acceptable use

You must use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use, attempt to use, assist another person to use, or encourage use of the Service to:

  • infringe or violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, consumer-protection, or other rights;
  • harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, dox, target, facilitate coercive control, or unlawfully surveil a person;
  • profile a person using health, biometric, racial or ethnic origin, religion, political opinion, sexual orientation, precise location, or another sensitive trait, or make or support a consequential decision prohibited by Section 9;
  • scrape, harvest, bulk-extract, aggregate, or systematically collect data; create a dataset; or resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit access to the Service or outputs obtained through it without all required rights and our written permission where our permission is legally required;
  • bypass or defeat an access control, rate limit, permission boundary, authorization flow, or security measure;
  • unlawfully reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, probe, scan, test, introduce malware into, disrupt, burden, or interfere with the Service, except to the limited extent a nonwaivable law expressly permits the activity;
  • impersonate a person or organization, commit fraud, misrepresent affiliation or authority, or connect a channel without authorization;
  • send spam, conduct unlawful automation or coordinated manipulation, generate abusive load, or interfere with another user’s use;
  • submit another person’s credentials, authentication tokens, secrets, unauthorized confidential information, or unrequested highly sensitive personal information;
  • violate applicable trade-control, sanctions, export-control, or anti-corruption law;
  • use non-public Service functionality, compiled outputs, or extracted datasets to train a model or build, supply, or improve a competing service without all rights and permissions required from the Operator and relevant rights holders; or
  • conceal or facilitate any of the prohibited conduct above.

These restrictions protect the Service and affected people. They do not claim ownership of Connected Content, prohibit a use that nonwaivable law expressly protects, or remove rights you independently obtained from a Creator or other rights holder. Independent rights in particular Connected Content do not authorize misuse of the Service itself or violation of another applicable right or rule.

12. Connected Platforms, changes, and Service availability

Connected Platforms are independently operated and governed by their own terms, permissions, technical limits, and decisions. They may change or remove content, permissions, accounts, interfaces, or features; restrict or revoke access; or stop operating. Those events can delay, degrade, interrupt, or end a Connected Channel or Service feature.

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue Service features to maintain or secure the Service, respond to law or rights concerns, address misuse, or adapt to operational changes. We will provide reasonable notice of a material adverse change when practicable and required by law. We remain responsible for obligations that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

We do not guarantee Connected Content’s completeness, ordering, accuracy, legality, availability, timeliness, or preservation, or that the Service will find, classify, display, synchronize, or retain every item. SuperFollow is not an archive. You must keep independent copies where you have the right and need to preserve material.

13. Content objections and copyright complaints

13.1 How to submit a notice

This notice process is available worldwide, whether or not you have a SuperFollow Account. If you believe that Connected Content or use of the Service infringes your copyright, content-ownership interest, or another related right, email copyright@superfollow.ai. A notice must include:

  • identification of the work, content, account, or right at issue;
  • the location of the material in the Service, with enough detail for us to find it;
  • your name and reliable contact information;
  • the action you request;
  • a good-faith statement explaining why you believe the use is unauthorized by the rights holder, its representative, or law;
  • a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for that person; and
  • reasonable substantiation, such as supporting records or a physical or electronic signature where appropriate.

Privacy, data-protection, and public Creator or non-user objections should instead use privacy@superfollow.ai as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in any notice.

13.2 Counterstatements

If access to material associated with you is restricted in response to a notice, you may email a counterstatement to copyright@superfollow.ai. The counterstatement must include:

  • identification of the original notice or the material, account, or right at issue, with enough location information for us to find it;
  • your name and reliable contact information;
  • the action you request, including any request to restore access;
  • the factual and legal basis for restoration, such as ownership, permission, license, mistaken identification, or another lawful basis;
  • a good-faith statement explaining why you believe restriction is not justified;
  • a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the affected rights holder or user, or are authorized to act for that person; and
  • reasonable substantiation, such as supporting records or a physical or electronic signature where appropriate.

We may share a minimized copy of the counterstatement with the original notice-sender, request further evidence from either side, preserve the restriction while we evaluate the matter, and restore access where the counterstatement, applicable law, and available evidence justify restoration. We may reject an incomplete, unsubstantiated, fraudulent, abusive, or misdirected counterstatement. Our handling of a counterstatement does not determine the parties’ rights or prevent either party from pursuing an available remedy outside the Service.

13.3 Review and response

We may investigate and moderate content and conduct at our discretion, but do not promise to monitor every Creator, Connected Channel, item of Connected Content, user, or use of the Service. Depending on the facts and applicable law, we may:

  • request clarification or evidence;
  • share a minimized copy of relevant notice or response information with an affected user, rights holder, Connected Platform operator, professional adviser, or authority as reasonably necessary to investigate and resolve the matter;
  • restrict, suppress, de-index, or remove access to material or a feature;
  • preserve limited evidence for legal, security, dispute, and request-handling purposes;
  • reject an incomplete, unsubstantiated, fraudulent, abusive, or misdirected notice;
  • accept and evaluate a counterstatement from an affected person;
  • restore access where a counterstatement, changed circumstances, or other evidence justifies it;
  • suspend or terminate users who repeatedly engage in conduct established by valid infringement complaints; and
  • take proportionate action against a person who knowingly submits a materially false or abusive notice or counterstatement.

Any restriction, suppression, de-indexing, removal, or restoration under this process concerns access through SuperFollow or SuperFollow functionality. It is not a promise or representation that SuperFollow can remove or restore material held by a Connected Platform.

Our acceptance or handling of notices does not represent that a particular statutory registration, designated-agent status, immunity, or notice regime applies. A decision to act or not act on a notice does not determine ownership or legality between private parties, and a rights holder may have remedies outside the Service. If a sender is bound by these Terms, knowingly submitting a materially false or abusive notice or counterstatement violates them and may result in proportionate suspension, restriction, or termination of the sender’s SuperFollow Account or Service access under Section 14. Whether or not the sender has an account, we may reject the submission, preserve proportionate evidence, or take another action available under applicable law.

14. Suspension, termination, disconnection, revocation, and deletion

14.1 Suspension and termination by the Operator

We may suspend or restrict particular activity, a Connected Channel, or Service access while investigating suspected misuse or responding to security, legal, rights, or operational risk. We may terminate access for a material or repeated breach, fraud, unauthorized connections, infringement, unlawful activity, risk to people or the Service, repeated valid complaints, or where law requires it. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue, unless doing so would create risk or frustrate a lawful investigation.

Suspension is a temporary or limited access restriction. Termination ends the right to use the affected Service. Neither action, by itself, deletes a SuperFollow Account, disconnects every Connected Channel, revokes authorization at a Connected Platform, or erases information. We may take those separate actions when authorized or required and will handle personal information under the Privacy Policy.

14.2 Actions you may take

You may stop using the Service at any time. The following actions are distinct:

  1. Disconnect Connected Channel. Removing a connection in SuperFollow removes that user-specific connection and its stored authorization credentials and stops synchronization through it, subject to the limited timing and lawful exceptions in the Privacy Policy. It does not delete the SuperFollow Account, revoke authorization at the Connected Platform, delete content held there, or necessarily erase independently public or shared Creator and Connected Content records.
  2. Revoke Connected Platform authorization at the provider. Revocation must be performed through the Connected Platform’s own permission controls. It is intended to prevent future access under that authorization when the Connected Platform processes it, but does not itself delete the SuperFollow Account or every copy lawfully retained by SuperFollow. Deleting stored credentials in SuperFollow is not provider-side revocation.
  3. Delete SuperFollow Account. Open Settings → My Profile → Delete My Account in the app and complete the confirmation steps. Your account is immediately deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion after the displayed five-day grace period. You can cancel before the deadline by signing in again and choosing Restore Account. The Privacy Policy explains the data removed, limited retention exceptions, and how to contact us if you cannot access your account or wish to exercise another privacy right.

14.3 Effects and survival

Upon termination, the Service license ends and you must stop accessing the terminated Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive do survive, including provisions concerning ownership and licenses already exercised lawfully, downstream responsibility, acceptable use, complaints and evidence, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes, and miscellaneous interpretation.

The Operator may retain limited information after suspension, termination, disconnection, or deletion only as described in the Privacy Policy, including where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal duties, disputes, complaint handling, repeat-abuse prevention, restricted backups, or irreversibly de-identified information. Retention does not authorize use for an unrelated purpose.

15. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE.

Without limiting that statement, the Operator does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, available, secure, or error-free; that defects or harmful components will always be found or corrected; or that Connected Content, Creator information, AI-assisted results, ordering, classifications, exports, links, or other outputs will be complete, accurate, lawful, available, timely, preserved, unbiased, or fit for your intended use. Security measures described in the Privacy Policy are safeguards, not a guarantee that every incident will be prevented.

We do not control and are not responsible for a Connected Platform’s independent content, conduct, terms, permissions, or decisions. This allocation does not exclude our responsibility for our own conduct where applicable law does not permit exclusion.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, these disclaimers apply only to the fullest extent permitted, and all mandatory consumer guarantees and remedies remain unaffected.

16. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH LOSS WAS POSSIBLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE OPERATOR AND THOSE PERSONS FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) USD 100.

These exclusions and cap apply to all theories of liability and to claims involving availability, security, Connected Content, Creators, AI-assisted results, loss or corruption of data, or actions of Connected Platforms, but only to the extent the claim may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct; death or personal injury caused by negligence; a mandatory consumer guarantee or remedy; fraud where liability cannot lawfully be limited; or any other liability, right, or remedy that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude or limit. The exclusions and cap are not intended to shift liability for the Operator’s own nonwaivable conduct.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from a third-party claim, demand, action, loss, damage, judgment, liability, cost, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, but only to the extent caused by your breach of these Terms, your unlawful conduct, or the materials, connections, content, instructions, exports, sharing, or other directions you supply, including:

  • User Content, prompts, instructions, or material you submit or direct us to process;
  • a Connected Channel you connect without required authority, or a false representation of authority;
  • your selection, use, export, retention, disclosure, or other downstream handling of Connected Content or personal information;
  • your infringement or violation of intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights;
  • your unlawful conduct, misuse of the Service, or breach of these Terms; or
  • a claim by a recipient or other affected person arising from your sharing, export, or instruction.

The duty to defend applies when a claim alleges facts that, if proven, would establish one of those user-caused grounds; indemnity and reimbursement will be allocated according to actual causation. We will give you reasonably prompt notice of a covered claim. A delay reduces your obligation only to the extent it materially prejudices the defense. You will provide reasonable cooperation. We may elect to control the defense and settlement with qualified counsel of our choosing; if we do not, you may control the defense with qualified counsel reasonably acceptable to us, and we may participate at our own expense. Reasonable defense and settlement costs remain covered only to the extent permitted by this Section and applicable law. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by, imposes an obligation on, or fails to fully release an indemnified party without that party’s prior written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld. We will not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by or imposes a nonmonetary obligation on you without your prior written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld.

This Section does not require defense or indemnity for a claim to the extent caused by an indemnified party, including through its negligence, breach of these Terms, unauthorized handling or use of material, gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or other conduct for which responsibility cannot lawfully be shifted. It does not apply to a consumer to the extent mandatory consumer law prohibits the obligation.

18. Governing law and disputes

Before filing a claim, either party may send a written description to support@superfollow.ai and request a good-faith effort to resolve it informally. This optional process does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief, does not toll a deadline unless agreed in writing or required by law, and is not a condition of contacting a regulator or using a mandatory consumer remedy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Subject to the mandatory consumer protections below, the courts of the Republic of Armenia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law and forum does not deprive you of protections that cannot be waived under the law of your habitual residence. You may bring a claim in, and defend a claim in, any court that mandatory consumer law permits or requires, and the Operator will bring proceedings against you only in a forum permitted by that law. Nothing in these Terms restricts a right to complain to a competent regulator or seek relief that applicable law makes nonwaivable.

19. Apple installed-application terms

This Section applies only if you obtain or use an installed iOS application through Apple. Where Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, it governs the license to the installed application; these Terms govern the SuperFollow Account and Service. The parties acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the Operator, not Apple; the Operator, not Apple, is solely responsible for the application and its content, subject to these Terms and applicable law. Nothing here implies that Apple operates, sponsors, or endorses SuperFollow.

Your license for that application is limited to a nontransferable right to use it on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the applicable usage rules, including permitted family or volume-purchase use. The Operator is solely responsible for maintenance and support required by these Terms or law; Apple has no maintenance or support obligation.

To the extent any warranty cannot be disclaimed, the Operator is responsible for it. If the application fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will return the purchase price, if any, for the application. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. The Operator is responsible for addressing claims relating to the application or your possession or use of it, including product-liability, legal or regulatory, consumer-protection, and privacy claims, to the extent required by law and these Terms. If a third party claims that the application or your possession or use of it infringes that party’s intellectual-property rights, the Operator, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.

You must comply with applicable terms governing your use of the installed application. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated by the United States government as a country supporting terrorism, and that you are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are intended third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as applied to the installed application and, upon your acceptance of these Terms, have the right to enforce those Terms against you as third-party beneficiaries. If this Section conflicts with mandatory application-distribution terms, those mandatory terms control only to the extent of the conflict.

20. Changes, notices, assignment, and miscellaneous provisions

20.1 Changes

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, security needs, or operational arrangements. We will identify the revised effective date and give reasonable advance notice of material changes through the app, your account email, or another appropriate method, as required by law. Where applicable law or platform rules require renewed affirmative agreement, we will request it before applying the affected changes to you. Otherwise, changes take effect on the date stated in the notice, subject to your rights under applicable law. You may stop using the Service if you do not agree to revised Terms. A revision will not apply retroactively to a dispute already pending or actually known to either party before it takes effect.

20.2 Electronic notices

You agree that we may provide operational and legal notices electronically through the Service, to the current email address associated with your SuperFollow Account, or by another electronic method you request, except where law requires a different method. You must keep your contact information current. Notices to us must use the applicable route in Section 21 unless these Terms or law specifies another method.

20.3 Assignment and Service transfer

You may not assign these Terms or your Service license without our prior written consent, except where applicable law gives you a nonwaivable right to do so. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or transfer of all or part of the Service if the successor assumes the applicable obligations under these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We will provide notice and any legally required choices before a transfer. An assignment does not authorize a materially different use of personal information without the notice, choice, or consent required by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

20.4 Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy for the data-handling matters it addresses, and any additional terms expressly presented for a feature constitute the entire agreement concerning the Service and supersede prior agreements on that subject.
  • Severability and limited reformation. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and reformed only to the minimum extent necessary; if it cannot be lawfully reformed, it will be severed. The remaining provisions continue in effect.
  • No waiver. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver, and a waiver must be specific and in writing.
  • No agency. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, franchise, or agency relationship, and you may not represent that you can bind the Operator.
  • No other beneficiaries. Except as expressly stated in Section 19, these Terms do not create rights for a person who is not a party.
  • Headings. Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
  • Force majeure. The Operator is not liable for delay or failure caused by an event outside its reasonable control, such as natural disaster, war, civil disorder, governmental action, labor disruption, widespread communications failure, or infrastructure outage. This clause does not excuse a duty or deadline that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
  • Survival. Section 14.3 governs survival. Only provisions that by their nature should survive remain effective after termination, and only subject to their stated limits.

21. Contact

  • General support, security reports, and dispute notices: support@superfollow.ai
  • Privacy rights and deletion inquiries, consent withdrawal, and public Creator or non-user objections: privacy@superfollow.ai
  • Copyright, content ownership, and related content matters: copyright@superfollow.ai
